The Stable Bar
The Stable Bar is an old stable from the old Coaching Inn days, we have tried to keep it with an original look to keep the character of the building, it consists of up & downstairs areas.
Downstairs there is a dance floor with disco lights, seating areas and a bar. Upstairs there is a small stage for bands
and seating for up to 80 for a sit down meal which again can be suited to your tastes. The rooms can be decorated for the occasions.We also host different events through the year from wine tasting to our very own carnival oustside, usually in August.

We can provide bars to suit any ones needs whether it be a small party at home or a large party in a hall or marquee. We offer an extensive selection of spirits including our own bottled Whisky, along with all your own favourites plus Larger & Bitters on draft. We can provide all equiptment, bar pump, coolers etc.

We also can provide an outside catering service where we will cater for your needs whether it be with waiter service or just a finger buffet. We offer a wider range of sit down meals which can be just about anything from Roast Beef to Coq au Vin. Buffets can be supplied a sample selection is below, this is just a guide, please call if you have something in mind.

Summer BBQ's
The summer is closing in and it will soon be time to get in to the BBQ spirit. This year there is a wide choice of menu's to cater for an event of any size.
If there is something that's not on the menu, please feel free to call and we shall suit your needs as best we can.
If you require add ons to one of the current menus this also can be arranged.
The best way to enjoy a BBQ is with a party.
The patio at The George is large enought to seat 200 people.
Chancing British weather can always be a problem but in the case of rain The Stable bar would cover.
Also a disco and live entertainment can be arranged, prices starting from £60.
